Immy is a London-based chef, food stylist and recipe developer working in the food industry for the last 4 years.

Having graduated from Ballymaloe Cookery School, she has since worked in restaurants including Spring & Wild By Tart as well as catering for private events, photoshoots and foodstyling for the likes of Mob Kitchen & Telegraph Food & Wine magazine.
